Want your career to soar? Richland Airport to hold Aviation Career Day and Job Fair

The Richland Airport is hosting an Aviation Career Day and Job Fair from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on May 31.

The program is presented by Rest On High, an airport tenant that provides aerial cremated ash scattering services in southeast Washington.

There will be displays, live presentations, internship opportunities and information about the types of jobs available in the aviation industry. It is targeted at local high school and college students.

‘”The aviation industry offers many good jobs, from engineering, administrative, data processing, and so much more,” said John Ray, owner of Rest On High.

The airport, 1845 Terminal Drive, off the bypass highway in Richland, is operated by the Port of Benton.
