Openings: Sinoloan chicken + Yakima boba shop coming to Tri-Cities + New coffee caboose

Pasco’s newest chicken restaurant is dishing up a mix of Sinaloan cuisine and sentimental memories about the dad who cooked for everyone.

Marina Lopez, originally from Sinaloa, Mexico, opened Pollos El Ray at 4525 Road 68, next to T Mobile.

Lopez said she wanted to share the dishes her father lovingly prepared for weddings, quinceañeras and other special occasions.
