Total Site Services certified as disadvantaged, woman-owned business

Richland-based Total Site Services, a general contractor, has been certified as a disadvantaged business and a woman owned disadvantaged business by the Washington Department of Transportation.

TSS is led by Lisa Chapman-Rosa, president.
