State senators to hold agriculture event

State Sens. Sharon Brown, R-Kennewick, and Judy Warnick, R-Moses Lake, plan the first Washington Farm Hall, a community forum to address issues important to Washington agriculture.

Representatives from the state Farm Bureau, as well as groups representing potato, wheat, cattle, dairy and food processing industries are scheduled to be on hand.

Lunch will be provided.

The event is noon to 1 p.m. Dec. 8 at the Reach museum, 1943 Columbia Park Trail in Richland.
