Learn how to arrange roses at a Tri-City Rose Society meeting planned Feb. 22 in West Richland.

JoAnn Brehm, long-time rosarian and design expert, will discuss various styles for beginners and experienced designers. Printed materials will be provided.

The meeting will be at 7 p.m. at the Sandberg Event Center, just off Van Giesen St., or 331 S. 41st Ave.
