A Pasco riverview mansion will be on the auction block next month.

Musser Bros. will auction the 2001-built home on River Road at 7 p.m., Sept. 14, at the property, 4606 River Road.

The auction price for the 7,100-square-foot house with a Mediterranean-themed tile roof is just shy of $2 million.

For starters, the main living areas and five bedrooms are all on one floor, and there is plenty of room to park in the six-bay garage.

There is a sauna, sweeping decks overlooking the spacious one-acre property and the Pasco waterfront trail along the Columbia River.

The living spaces feature exposed wood beams in the vaulted living room, a chef’s kitchen and his-and-her walk-in closets in the master bedroom. And there are seven bathrooms.

The house was constructed with insulated concrete forms for added energy efficiency.
