Looking for something quick to pick up for lunch or dinner?

Here are some fresh options from Tri-Cities specialty kitchen chefs.

Brother’s Cheese Steaks is open Friday, Jan. 24, until 9 p.m. at the Pasco Specialty Kitchen.

Their signature cheese steaks are rib eye steak smothered in American cheese, barbecue sauce and spicy pickled onions. Another popular sandwich is called the Chile Colorado, loaded with pepper jack cheese, salsa roja, pickled onions and bell peppers.

The specialty kitchen is at 110 S. Fourth Ave. in downtown Pasco, near the farmers market.

Catfish Alley Southern Style Cooking is serving takeout in downtown Kennewick from 6-9 p.m. Friday.

Their menu features fried catfish and catfish sandwiches, as well as a Smash Burger, Argentina-style nachos, chowder and brownie brittle cheesecake, depending on the day.

They are closed on Saturdays but are open again from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26.

Hot Mess Burgers and Fries is taking orders for DoorDash delivery.

They are open Friday until 2:30 p.m. to place an order.

They are cooking in the Red Mountain Kitchen, a commercial kitchen in downtown Kennewick, 212 W. Kennewick Ave.

They also plan a pop up restaurant on Valentine’s Day. Watch for their hours on Facebook.

Tina’s Tasty Treats will be featuring gluten-free pizza crusts and pre-made pizzas at a special event, Saturday, Jan. 25, at the Pasco Specialty Kitchen.

“These crusts freeze so you can stock some in your freezer,” said the Facebook post. “We’ll have some ready to bake, pre-topped pizzas, as well. “

There will be pizza samples and they are taking orders for pre-made pizzas with your favorite toppings ready to go.

Tina’s Tasty Treats also sells dessert breads, including pumpkin, banana, banana nut and zucchini chocolate chip, cookies, brownies, pecan pie bars, biscotti, lemon-lime bar and vegan oatmeal bars.

If you have just a sweet tooth, Nena Cosic has her pop-up bakery treats with European desserts at Red Mountain from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
