You won't believe how sweet the face on this pupper is, and your heart will break that she wound up in the shelter. Perfectly named Cinnamon (who has a light reddish coat), she's faced breed discrimination before, and now she gets left behind while other babies find their forever homes.

The caption tells her story: "Cinnamon was excluded from her family's home just because a landlord didn't like how she looked. Bully breed mixes lose their homes every day due to discrimination." Sadly, she doesn't have a place to live anymore, but she still has a winning personality. "Cinnamon's former family says she 'loves being outside and playing with friends. Very sweet and cuddly. Sweetest girl, just needs someone to love and play with her.'"

It's clear from her adorable, derpy tongue that all she wants is someone to love. @Hope nailed it with, "Look at that tongue! Such a cutie!" She's literally perfect.

Others chimed in to boost the post and express their wish that this little girl gets adopted, "She's beautiful. I hope she ends up with a loving furever family," @Bannedbostonbella2.0 stated.

Why Bully Breeds Are Misunderstood

To start, Bully breed is a catch-all term that covers a few different doggos. As Lucci's House Bully Rescue explains, "Bully breeds, a term often used to describe breeds like Pit Bulls, Bulldogs, Boxers, and Bull Terriers, are among the most misunderstood dogs in the world. These lovable and loyal companions are often overshadowed by myths and misconceptions that paint them in a negative light."

They go on to note that aggression is not an inherent characteristic but instead determined by factors such as "training, socialization, and environment." These buddies, like any other, find their way into the shelter for all sorts of reasons, and in this case, a housing issue. We hope a loving family gets to know Cinnamon for who she really is and sees her as a sweet, big girl.
