Ducks Leave One Brother Behind, and the Internet Has Thoughts
Imagine opening the back door to let your kids inside and realizing one of them is missing. That's basically what happened to one TikToker, @dawgsandducks, recently-except the missing child was a duck named Dinky, and his siblings seemed completely unbothered by the situation.
As three ducks waddled toward the back door, Mom quickly noticed something was off. "Are you kidding? Guys, where's Dinky?" she asks as if they can hear her through the sliding glass door.

She slides open the door and continues questioning the trio. "Did you guys want to come inside? Where did you leave Dinky?" Naturally, not a single duck makes eye contact with her, which feels like a pretty strong sign of guilt.
Realizing the missing duck may need help, Mom heads out onto the deck after hearing faint quacking in the distance. As she walks farther into the yard, the sounds grow louder until she finally spots him.

Poor Dinky is in the side yard, completely beside himself. The distressed duck is waddling in frantic circles and quacking up a storm as if he's convinced he's been abandoned forever.
The moment Mom scoops him into her arms, everything changes. "It's OK! I've got you! I've got you!" she tells him, and almost instantly, Dinky begins to calm down. As for his siblings? Mom wasn't letting them off the hook so easily.
"All of you inside. You abandoned Dinky. Look at him-he's distraught."

TikTok Users Couldn't Believe What the Other Ducks Did
TikTok videos like this one have a way of taking on a life of their own, and with nearly 1 million views, Dinky's adventure inspired plenty of hilarious reactions. A few highlights include:

"The other ducks, when you were walking back with Dinky: 'Oh great, she found him.'"
"When anyone asks if my ducks are in a row... I'll show them Dinky, because that is definitely not what my ducks are doing! "
Honestly, Dinky's dramatic rescue stole the show, but his brothers' complete lack of concern made the whole situation even funnier. They seemed genuinely surprised that Mom expected them to keep track of their sibling in the first place.
