Sipside Coffee Company to celebrate opening with ribbon cutting

Coffee lovers in Chehalis will soon have a new favorite stop for their daily pick-me-up as Sipside Coffee Company opens at the familiar Interstate and 13th Street location formerly occupied by Fiddler's Coffee, according to a news release from the Centralia-Chehalis Chamber of Commerce.

The chamber will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Sipside Coffee Company at noon Friday, June 12. The public is also invited to attend the grand opening celebration on Saturday, June 13, featuring drink samples, discounted beverages and giveaways.

The stand is located at 101 SW Interstate Ave., Chehalis

Owner Hadyn Bostwick has worked as a barista for five years and jumped at the opportunity to open her own coffee stand when the location became available.

The stand also carries family history, as the property was previously home to the Silver Cup, operated by her grandfather.

Sipside Coffee Company will be open daily from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering signature coffee creations, monthly specials, food items and branded merchandise.

The stand proudly serves coffee roasted locally in Washington by Kerriston Coffee Roasters of Maple Valley.

Specialty menu items include the Turbo Shot for a quick boost of energy, the Spark Energizer featuring blue lotus, strawberry, pineapple and coconut milk, and the Electric Lemonade made with blue razz lemonade topped with white peach cold foam.
