People in the comments were glad that the sweet baby made it safely across the busy road, with one person saying, "Bless all of you, heroes."
"How can anyone ignore that poor widdle baby," one person also noted in the comments. Another even jokingly posed as the deer that was escorted to safety and wrote, "Thanks so much! I'm glad someone videoed this important moment of my life ."

What to Do If You Spot an Animal in Trouble
When it comes to helping wildlife, it's important to provide them with the help they need, without putting yourself in danger. Depending on the animal, wild animals could become defensive and hurt you, especially if they're already in distress.
The Humane World of Animals recommends reaching out to wildlife rescuers and rehabilitators for advice and protocols on caring for wild animals. If there is a pet in trouble, you can contact the local shelter or animal rescue for help, ensuring everyone's safety during the rescue.
Wild animals will also provide plenty of signs that they need help, like bringing another animal to you, shivering, or crying while wandering around. For baby deer specifically, if they are wandering or crying out, that's a sign they need help, and it's time to reach out to wildlife rehabilitation organizations for advice.
It's necessary to follow the rehabilitator's instructions when they provide information. You should only move them if instructed, especially if an animal is frightened. Once the rehabilitators arrive on scene, they will follow protocol to care for the animal and ensure it is released in a safe area.
