NASCAR Series Featuring Kyle Busch Leaves Netflix, Moves To Prime Video

If you're a NASCAR fan who missed out on Full Speed on Netflix, you have another chance to watch the documentary series - this time, on another streaming service.

Full Speed (full name NASCAR: Full Speed) was an original series produced and distributed by Netflix, running across 2 seasons between 2024 and 2025. "Fueled by passion and chasing NASCAR Cup glory, drivers and their teams compete for the chance to make history in this sports documentary series," the official logline from Netflix reads.

Detailing the races and the drivers behind the scenes of the NASCAR championships, the series features interviews from legends of the sport, such as Dale Earnhardt Jr., Ryan Blaney, Joey Logano, Bubba Wallace, and countless others. Kyle Busch, the iconic two-time Cup champion who died on May 21, also appears in Season 1 of the show, but was absent from the most recent series, which he expressed disappointment in after its premiere.

Seasons 1 and 2 of Full Speed were removed from Netflix earlier this month, on May 7. Not to worry, however - both seasons are now available on Prime Video, free for all subscribers. There's also some more good news - Amazon has produced its own third season, officially titled FULL SPEED: The Daytona 500, which has been available on the platform since March, now joined by the original two seasons.

On a bittersweet note, Busch returned to the series in a more prominent role for Season 3 - one that would, incidentally, be one of his last on-screen appearances in a documentary format, discussing the final years of his career before his unexpected death this year.

"Shot with the scale and intensity of a theatrical film, FULL SPEED: The Daytona 500 blends sweeping, cinematic visuals with immersive and visceral racing sequences, an electrifying score, and innovative editing," a press release by Amazon, released back in March, reads. "At its core, the story delves into the lives of four drivers - Kyle Busch, Connor Zilisch, Brad Keselowski, and Noah Gragson - their teams, their families, and their sacrifices, building toward the most pressure-filled day of the season."
