This Bully Is Offended That It's Raining, and She's Refusing to Potty in Protest
Let's be honest, is there anything dogs hate more than rain? Even though it's just water, rain has the unbelievable ability to offend dogs everywhere and at all times. Although we may never know why rain is such a bother, it's just another quirk that pet parents have learned to deal with.
That's one lesson this pet parent had to learn to come to terms with after her bully refused to let her take a potty break in the rain. Not only did this bully refuse to potty, but the sass and attitude that came with it were more than obvious.

While Lulu, also known as Lumina, is a gorgeous and adorable bully that shouldn't have to deal with the unpleasantness of going to the bathroom in the rain, it's clear that this was the only situation in which she had to relieve herself. However, if you ask Lulu, she could probably hold it.

Much to the dismay of Lulu and the annoyance of her human, it seems as if this adorable American bully's potty time has had to be rescheduled.
Lulu's day was already ruined when the rain disrupted the lively activities she probably had planned. Things only got worse when her human asked her if she wanted to go potty. The sweet and stubborn bully checked things out, only to be horrified by the fact that the outside world was wet. That's when Lulu decided to take herself inside and refuse even to entertain the idea.
As any pet parent can relate, the stubbornness of dogs knows no bounds, even if they have to use the bathroom. In the comments, plenty of other pet parents shared their experiences with their stubborn dogs and their mortal enemy: the rain. "My American bullies don't like the rain either, but eventually they decide to go potty quickly," added one pet parent. Another user added, the face says she's not having it, how dare the rain fall in her presence." One more viewer summed it up perfectly, "Well-so much for that-she's NOT messing up her pawticure on wet pavement! Rain or not."
While we aren't sure exactly how long Lulu held it in before giving in to the rain, we are certain she wasn't happy about the situation. All we know for certain is that Lulu is fine, her dignity is intact, and that rain has been officially canceled.
