We've all heard that phrase, "The squeaky wheel gets the oil." But what about "The screechy cat gets all the attention..." It might not ring a bell, but once you meet this screaming Black Cat, you'll see how true it is.

In a funny video from TikTok, we meet Countpurrcula, a "vampire cat," who craves cuddles and insists on receiving them as soon as possible.

Take a look at this kitty who has quite a set of pipes! Give this a listen!

"Vampire cat screams for morning cuddles," the family captioned the clip.

This Black Cat is meowing before even entering the room. And this isn't unusual behavior for Countpurrcula! The kitty's bio states: "I'm a very loud rescue cat who demands cuddles and looks like a vampire."

Awww, so sweet!

"That's a deep meow I'm scared," another person noted.

Ha! No reason to fear! This kitty is all bark and no bite. Look how sweet! All Countpurrcula wants is love.

Do Cat Vocalizations Change Over Time?

While Countpurrcula definitely has plenty to say, this isn't out of the ordinary for an older cat to become quite chatty. Once kitties pass the age of 10, their behavior changes, and they make increased vocalizations.

Their meows and purrs can sound a bit deeper or a little more dramatic, too. If you notice anything out of the ordinary or if your cat has any other symptoms that indicate they might be in pain or discomfort, it's important to contact your vet for an evaluation.

Luckily, it seems like Countpurrcula is beyond happy once arriving on Mama's lap. I mean, that contented purr truly says it all!

It may be a loud wake-up call for Countpurrcula's family, but once the kitty settles down, it's pure bliss.
