Sometimes it can be hard to know what it is our dogs want from us. While some humans have the innate ability to know what their dog is asking of them, it can be challenging to know what our dogs' needs are when they can only stare at us with those big, needy eyes. As much as we would love to know what our dogs are saying, it's a game of body language.
Thankfully for this dog mom, her golden retriever is highly expressive, making it a bit easier to know when she just wants to cuddle. By just staring at her human with those expressive eyes that golden retriever parents know all too well, this pet parent just knew her golden needed a big cuddle session on the floor.

Chip is a girl of few needs, and all she ever needs is to cuddle with her mom. As evidenced by the social media clip, Chip was lying on the floor calmly, waiting for her mom to join her. With big, needy eyes and an expressive look, it's clear that Chip just needed to be with her mom like the sweetheart that she is.

Once her human lay down with her, Chip couldn't help but wag her tail and roll over to get into a prime belly rub position. It was very clear to all of us that Chip couldn't imagine anything better than lying in the sun in her living room with her mom hugging her. Personally, we can't think of anything better either.
