In Service announcements for May 1

▪ Shea J. Rigby, graduated from Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio on April 1.

He will continue at Lackland for Tech School in Security Forces training and his first assignment will be Offutt Airbase in Omaha, Neb.

Rigby is a 2015 graduate of Richland High School.

He is the son of Jacqueline Salter and Brett Rigby, both of Kennewick, and stepson of Justin Church of Richland.

Rigby plans to return to the Tri-City area and become a police officer.
