Karen and Bob Noland
Karen and Bob Noland of Pasco celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary March 19 at the Elks Lodge in Kennewick.
They were married on March 19, 1966, in Richland. Bob and Karen were raised in Richland and graduated from Richland High School. After college they moved to Seattle and later to Boise. They returned to the Tri-Cities in 1975 and have remained here since.
Karen worked at Hanford for 25 years as an administrative assistant. She worked for Westinghouse and Boeing. She retired from Lockheed Martin in 2000. She is active with various line dancing groups, bicycle club and the Koi pond club.
Bob worked for the city of Kennewick for 27 years before retiring in 2003. He is an avid golfer, playing regularly at Sun Willows in Pasco.
They have two children, Kim Acker of Puyallup and Randy Noland of Pasco.
They have three grandchildren.
