Shannon Long of Richland and Jacob Foran of Seattle are planning a July 20 wedding on Wailea Beach in Maui, Hawaii.

She is the daughter of Shirley Riley Long and Robert Long, both of Richland.

He is the son of Debbie Foran and the stepson of Karen Foran, both of Monticello, Ill.; and the late Ed Foran.
