Awards & Achievements for Nov. 22

Cody Carr, a student at Kamiakin High School, has achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Boy Scouts. He is a member of Kennewick Troop 133.

Cody’s Eagle project was to assemble and set up benches in two of the dog runs at the Benton Franklin Humane Society so that people could interact with dogs while sitting. He was formally presented the Eagle Scout award at a Court of Honor ceremony Aug. 20 in Kennewick.
