Sandra and Robert Hazelbaker
Sandra Wilkinson and Robert Hazelbaker, of Sandpoint, Idaho, celebrated their 50th anniversary with a Mediterranean cruise.
They were married on Sept. 11, 1965, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Sandpoint, Idaho. They moved to the Mid-Columbia in 1974 and lived in the Tri-City area for 34 years before returning to Sandpoint.
Sandra was an office manager, retiring in 2000. She is a church volunteer and in leadership for Worldwide Marriage Encounter and a member of Business and Professional Women Association.
Rob worked as an electrical engineer for various contractors on the Hanford site. He retired from Battelle in 2006. He volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and Worldwide Marriage Encounter and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
They were members of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Kennewick.
They have one daughter, the late Bonnie Hazelbaker.
They have two grandchildren.
