Brittany Miller and Joseph Dobie, both of Ballston Spa, N.Y., are planning an Oct. 31 wedding at Jimbo’s Resort in Brant Lake, N.Y.

She is the daughter of Ann Miller of Valley Falls, N.Y. and William Miller of Ravena, N.Y. He is the son of Theo and Richard Dobie of Kennewick.
