Slick Mid-Columbia roadways from freezing rain and snow

A city snowplow drives up the hill on South Vancouver Street near West 10th Avenue in Kennewick early Tuesday morning while snow from the area's first winter storm continues falling and coating the roadways.

Numerous closures and delays are being reported by schools and at some area work sites because of hazardous driving conditions.
