Huge softball tournament comes to the Tri-Cities
Kennewick Parks employee Josh Murison, of Kennewick, carries a portion of outfield fence Thursday at the Southridge Sports Complex while setting up for this weekend’s National Softball Association of Washington’s Ice Breaker Softball Tournament.
The girls fast-pitch tournament is one of the association’s largest and draws more than 130 teams from throughout the Northwest. It takes place Friday through Sunday at fields throughout the Tri-Cities.
