Lighted Farm Implement Parade is Dec. 6 in Sunnyside

The 26th annual Lighted Farm Implement Parade starts at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 6 in downtown Sunnyside.

The brightly lit farm equipment and parade entries include old and new tractors, commercial floats and antique cars and trucks.

Other events starting at 9:30 a.m. include decorating cookies with Mrs. Claus, holiday children’s activities, refreshments, pancake and chili feeds and a Jingle Bell run.

The parade starts on Warehouse Avenue and heads south on North First Street to Zillah Avenue, then east on Edison Avenue, where it crosses the Yakima Valley Highway and ends in the parking lot at Mid Valley Mall.
