Connell woman hurt in Highway 17 wreck

A 19-year-old Connell woman suffered minor injuries in a Sunday morning wreck on Highway 17 about six miles north of Mesa.

Miah N. Ramirez-Arias was driving a 2009 Toyota Camry north on the highway about 7 a.m. when she left the road and overcorrected, the Washington State Patrol reported.

Her car rolled.

She was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, where she was treated and later released.

Drugs and alcohol weren’t involved in the wreck, troopers said. Ramirez-Arias was buckled up.
