$3M Tri-Cities riverfront manor one of highest priced homes on the local market
A rare $3 million breathtaking riverfront estate with private access to the Columbia River is back on the market.
The second-most expensive home currently listed in Tri-Cities is one of the roughly dozen houses in the Tri-Cities listed for sale for than $1 million.
“Timeless elegance is evident from the moment you open the solid 8’ front doors and enter this amazing home as you are mesmerized by the endless water views,” says the listing on Realtor.com.
A lavishly decorated mansion and Naoi Cailini Óga Winery estate is the most expensive home for sale in the Tri-Cities. With six acres, seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, it was first listed last fall for $3.75 million.
While smaller by comparison, the 7,200-square-foot custom-built Pasco home sits on just over a half-acre.
The 16-year-old house has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and three garages with space for four vehicles, a boat and more.
The kitchen is a haven for foodies with a Wolf-brand range, which sell for prices starting at $15,000, double sinks and double dishwashers.
Outside, there’s a pool with diving board and slide, along with an entertaining area with two grills.
Inside, an entertainment room features a 120-inch projection TV.
The two-level home at 11816 Shoreline Court is owned by Salina Savage — owner of Savage Logistics, a Richland small trucking business now called Apogee Logistics, and her husband Thomas, according to county records.
The property history on Realtor.com shows the home has been listed for sale — then removed — several times since 2007. It was last on the market in 2012 for $1.85 million.
The home was relisted on Realtor.com on Aug. 1.
