Kyle Richards' Daughter Farrah Aldjufrie Pregnant, Expecting Baby No. 1

Kyle Richards is about to be a first-time grandmother as her eldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, is pregnant and expecting baby No. 1.

"My most exciting launch yet. Coming soon late November 2026," Farrah, 37, wrote via Instagram on Friday, July 3, alongside maternity photos.

In the snaps, the real estate agent wore a white cropped tank top and jeans as she cradled her baby bump and showed off her ultrasound scans.

Kyle, 57, celebrated the baby news in the comments section.

"😭❤️ I can't wait for this new chapter!! 🥹🙏 I love you so much Fairy!" the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wrote.

Kyle shares Farrah with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie, whom the reality star was married to from 1988 to 1992. She is also a mom to daughters Alexia, 30, Sophia, 26, and Portia, 18, with estranged husband Mauricio Umansky.

"You are gorgeous and I'm so happy for all of us and this baby is going to be so loved ❤️❤️❤️ " Mauricio, 56, commented on the post. "I can't wait wooohooo."

Farrah's sisters also shared their congratulations.

"!!!!! Make way for Aunty Alex!!!" Alexia wrote, while Sophia added, "I can't wait for our baby. best news of my whole lifeeee!!!"

"We're having a babe!!!! 😍😍😍" Portia commented.

Farrah's pregnancy comes more than two years after she and ex-fiancé Alex Manoscalled off their engagement after six years together.

"Farrah and Alex called off their engagement last fall," a source exclusively told Us Weekly in March 2024. "Farrah ended the relationship. She felt she had been waiting on the engagement for a while and once it happened, the dynamic of their relationship had changed and they were not in a good place."

The insider continued, "Farrah felt Alex was not as eager or excited about wedding planning and the feelings weren't reciprocated, and she was at a standstill."

Farrah is a real estate agent at Mauricio's The Agency, which was featured on Netflix's Buying Beverly Hills from 2022 to 2024.

"I always have been interested in real estate since I was a little kid. I'd drive around to open houses with my mom and Mauricio when I was 6, 7, 8 years old, I'd love to see all the houses," she told The Daily Dish in 2016. "I know L.A. geographically really, really well having grown up here. I was an only child for the first eight years, so I spent a lot of time with them and was very interested in everything Mauricio was doing. But I have my own love for property and being in L.A. there's some of the most amazing properties and lifestyles in the world."
