Selena Gomez Shines in Oscar de la Renta at Taylor Swift's Rehearsal Dinner

Selena Gomez stepped out in style at her best friend Taylor Swift's wedding rehearsal dinner on Thursday, July 2.

Gomez, 33, rocked a black, strapless Oscar de la Renta gown, which featured laser-cut floral imagery along the bodice. She completed her ‘fit with Jimmy Choo stilettos and Fernando Jorge jewelry.

For glam, Gomez piled her dark tresses into a sleek bun while makeup artist Soo Park applied a full beat.

Gomez is expected to support Swift, 36, as she marries her fiancé, Travis Kelce,inside New York City's Madison Square Garden on Friday, July 3.

Gomez and Swift have been friends since 2008, with the Life of a Showgirl artist even attending Gomez's own nuptials to Benny Blanco in September 2025.

"Taylor gave an extremely heartfelt speech at the wedding," a source exclusively told Us Weekly at the time. "She went into depth and talked about how over the years she saw Selena on the floor crying, mentioning exes, Selena having a broken heart and saying how happy she is that Selena has Benny now. [Taylor] said it is a best friend's dream for her best friend to find someone like Benny and is so happy for her."

While Swift had gotten engaged one month before Gomez's wedding, she expressly avoided mentioning her proposal in the wedding speech.

"I actually made a point not to mention anything about my engagement," Swift said on an October 2025 appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, noting she instead teased Gomez about her 2000s-era style. "Her favorite outfit back then was a very long tank top, skinny jeans [and] like a tiny little vest. The smallest vest and Chucks. That was her uniform of that year. And mine was that I just always looked like I was late for the cowboy-themed junior prom … [But], I did not make it about me."
