Ariana Biermann Teases Dynamic With Ex Hudson on 'Next Gen NYC' Season 2

Ariana Biermann and Hudson McLeroy's highs and lows following their split will be front and center on season 2 of Next Gen NYC - whether they like it or not.

"You'll definitely see, like, a lot more of the ins and outs [of our split]," Ariana, 24, exclusively told Us Weekly ahead of the Bravo series' premiere on Wednesday, June 24.

Ariana, who announced her split from Hudson, 24, in October 2025 after dating on and off since high school, revealed that she's "learned" a lot about herself since their breakup. (Ariana hinted at a possible reconciliation with Hudson in April, but the pair have not publicly confirmed their current status.)

"I'm very much of an over-sharer, which also can bite me in the ass. I'm not really afraid of anything," she explained. "And so you will definitely see a lot more into kind of, like, the true reasons of why, and that it wasn't a decision that I made overnight - it was a decision that I made over the course of a year."

While Ariana said she feels "good" now, she confessed that viewers will see some of her lower points following the split play out on camera.

Hudson, for his part, was just as hesitant about navigating his dynamic with Ariana and their friend group while not being a couple.

"Obviously I was trying not to invade Ariana's space, and at the same time, I was trying to run a business out of Atlanta," he exclusively told Us of his lifestyle while filming the show. "So I was traveling so much, and [would] come here and see everybody for, like, a week, and then go back home. It was just, like, a lot on me."

While Hudson went back and forth between New York and Atlanta, Ariana gave dating a try, all of which was filmed.

Ariana told Us she "never wanted to hurt" Hudson, so it won't be fun for him to see her out with other guys.

Hudson, however, said that the exes have found their own rhythm and are now in a good place.

"Ariana and I will always be close," he confirmed.

Season 2 of Next Gen NYC premieres on Bravo Wednesday, June 24, at 9 p.m. ET.
