Bella Thorne and More Stars React to Oliver Tree's Death After Helicopter Crash

Hollywood stars, influencers and musicians are reacting to the tragic and untimely death of singer Oliver Tree.

On the morning of June 14, two helicopters reportedly crashed into one another mid-air while traveling in southwest Rio De Janeiro, according to a same-day report from CNN Brazil. According to the outlet, Tree was one of six people who died in the crash - all five traveling in one helicopter, and the solo-traveling and pilot in the second helicopter. He was 32.

Additional information surrounding the fatal crash was not made public at the time of publication. Us Weekly reached out to a representative for Tree for comment but did not hear back.

Tree, known for songs "Life Goes On" and "Miss You" and amassing more than 2 million social media followers, recently traveled to Brazil for his world tour. He performed in São Paulo on June 6 and was scheduled to play a set in Lisbon, Portugal, on July 13.

"RIP Oliver Tree," the actor wrote via X. "I don't know how to process this, I'm glad I got to spend a lot of time with him last month but this s*** sucks. Life is fragile and unfair."

Johnnie Guilbert

"I can't believe what I just heard about Oliver trees [sic] passing," the alt rock musician and YouTuber wrote via Instagram. "We just filmed a few videos with him recently and he was truly such a nice guy I felt really was going to be a long time friend. I'm f***ing heartbroken this doesn't feel real."

Melanie Martinez

"Been an absolute wreck today. It's really hard to understand how someone who you once shared such a specific and formative time of your life with can all of a sudden be gone," Martinez - who dated Tree in 2019 for nearly a year - wrote via her Instagram Story. "He was so dedicated to his art, which I admired and respected so deeply. I think everyone who knew him will look back at those moments of laughter and joy he so easily sparked."

Martinez continued, "Rest in peace Oliver. I know you're making the angels giggle. I'll be here wondering what stunt and creative product you're scheming up in heaven. All my love."

Logan Paul

"I'm still in denial that one of my favorite people is no longer with us. I'm absolutely gutted, words can't describe how special Oliver was to so many people," Paul wrote via X. "Tragedy has taken life way too soon, with so much creativity and vibrance and talent. I'd like to think he's on his next adventure somewhere in the universe. Horrible horrible horrible, I don't even know how to process this. Rest in peace Lucas Vignale, Lucas Chaves, Gaspi & Oliver. Love you brother we are all going to miss you @Olivertree."
