Workers set up for Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo

A crew of workers from CORT Party Rentals in Mulkiteo are almost in sync Thursday morning while assembling a 10-foot by 60-foot canopy outside a building at the Benton County Fairgrounds in Kennewick in preparation for next week’s annual Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo.

Fair officials remind participants to check their deadlines for when judged entries need to be dropped off.

Many items and animals need to be on site by Aug. 23.
