Music legend John Doe will perform July 2 at Brewminatti, 713 Sixth St. Prosser.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and music starts at 7 p.m. Cost is $20 in advance and $25 the day of the show.

John Doe was lead singer and bass player for the seminal L.A. punk band X and also formed The Knitters, a groundbreaking alternative country band. He’s released several acclaimed solo albums, including his newest, The Westerner, which was named one of the best albums of 2016 by Rolling Stone.

Doe is author of the book Under The Big Black Sun: A Personal History of L.A. Punk.

Jesse Dayton will open the show.
