Indie short films to screen April 7 in downtown Kennewick

The Tri-Cities International Film Festival will screen indie short films April 7 in the former JCPenney building in downtown Kennewick.

The event is part of the Kennewick Art Walk First Thursday event that evening. It will run from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
