Seattle roots duo to perform March 18 in Prosser
The Seattle roots duo Cahalen & Eli will perform March 18 at Brewminatti, 713 Sixth St., Prosser.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15.
Cahalen Morrison and Eli West play “new-old time, bluegrass music.”
“Their music is innovative, yet subtle. It has a modern sensibility while still hearkening back to a by-gone era. It is melodic and warm, like a Steinbeck novel with a hummable tune,” a news release said.
Marty Taylor, co-owner of Brewminatti, said, “We’ve been trying to get Cahalen & Eli to play here since before we opened. They were one of the first groups we contacted. We’re excited that it has finally worked out and we get to hear them play — up close and personal on our stage.”
Advance tickets are available at www.therootscellar.com.
