Karaoke, live music highlight Rock out the Roxy event Jan. 22
Pay to sing, pay for others to sing, or buy insurance so you don’t have to sing at the Rock out the Roxy event Jan. 22 in downtown Kennewick.
The karaoke and live music event is a fundraiser for Warrior Sisterhood, a cancer support group through the Tri-Cities Cancer Center that’s committed to empowering local women with cancer or a cancer-related diagnosis.
The music kicks off at 7 p.m. at The Roxy, 101 W. Kennewick Ave., in downtown Kennewick.
The alternative rock band from Kennewick, Take 28, plays at 9 p.m. The band’s been together since 2014 and have played at The Battle of the Bands in Seattle and the Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo.
Cost is $5 at the door. All money raised goes toward Tri-City area women fighting cancer.
