Genealogical society to host Civil War medical reenactment on Jan. 13
The Tri-City Genealogical Society will host a Civil War medical re-enactment at its first monthly meeting, 7 p.m. Jan. 13 at Charbonneau, 8264 W. Grandridge Boulevard in Kennewick.
Mike Inman, event speaker and Civil War army surgeon re-enactor, will give a talk on the 1861 Battle of Wilson’s Creek. He will share years of research from the viewpoint of an army surgeon, and lead a question and answer discussion with the audience.
