Work by American artists on display at Hermiston library

A collection of American artistic masterpieces will be on display at the Hermiston Public Library during this month.

The art is provided by the National Endowment For the Humanities (NEH).

The purpose of the display is to introduce Americans to their artistic heritage and inspire them to become more informed citizens.

The NEH has carefully selected each piece of art to create a starting point to for viewers to learn more about the nation’s artistic legacy. The works of John James Audubon, Norman Rockwell and many other well-known American artists will be featured in the collection.
