Camerata Musica will present the Cosi Quartet in concert on Jan. 23 in Richland.

The Seattle-based chamber group will perform oboe quartets by Mozart, Krommer and Masek, along with a string trio by Joseph Eybler.

The performance is at 8 p.m. in the Battelle Auditorium on the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory campus.

Cosi Quartet includes cellist Meg Brennand, violinist Linda Melsted, violist Laurel Wells and Curtis Foster on oboe.

Foster is making his Camerata debut with the performance; the other three musicians have performed as part of other Camerata concerts.

Camerata Musica presents classical chamber music concerts. The group doesn’t charge admission, and instead, relies on patrons and sponsorships to keep operating.

The group’s patrons — who donate $80 or more a year — are named in the program and given priority seating before 7:45 p.m. After that, attendees are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.
