MUX holiday show planned Dec. 19 in Richland

MUX is holding an all-ages holiday party Dec. 19 featuring music from several Tri-City acts.

Showtime is 7 p.m. at the Uptown Theatre, 1300 Jadwin Ave., Richland.

The lineup includes Badland Nomad, Lingering Souls, Quinell, SupperClub and Meseret Feser.

A beer garden will be set up and an ugly Christmas sweater contest is planned. The prize is a bundle of goods from sponsors Steadfast Barber Shop, The Local, Adventures Underground and Ted Brown Music.

“(We are) really excited to have all local bands playing for our holiday party,” said Jenna Tormanen with MUX. “All the door sales profits are going straight to the bands. What better way to show our appreciation for the local music scene than giving back to them as much as we can?”
