Beer & Brats fundraiser set Dec. 12 in Richland

A Beer & Brats fundraiser is planned from 1 to 5 p.m. Dec. 12 at Paper Street Brewing Co. in Richland.

The event will benefit Confluent, a new makerspace that’s preparing to open. It will be the first in the Tri-Cities. A makerspace is a spot where people gather to create and learn.

Confluent will have art, robots, a 3-D printer and more on display. A drawing for prizes also is planned.

Paper Street is at 701 The Parkway.
