Winter Wonderland activities set Dec. 3-5 in Richland

Winter Wonderland activities are planned Dec. 3-5 in Richland.

BMW of Tri-Cities is presenting the event.

It kicks off with an open house from 5 to 8 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Uptown Shopping Center. Luminaries will be placed outside participating shops and the Central United Protestant Church choir will perform.

The Winter Wonderland continues at 6 p.m. Dec. 4 with a warming fire by the Lee Boulevard dock for the lighted boat parade, a Santa house, horse-drawn carriage rides and food vendors, plus activities at the Richland Community Center and a free showing of White Christmas at the Uptown Theater.

The event continues Dec. 5 starting at 5 p.m. with a mini-parade and tree lighting, warming fire at the Lee dock for the boat parade and an outdoor showing of Polar Express and more activities at the community center.
