The season includes eight productions, and the flex package offers theater lovers a choice of buying a package of five shows for the price of four, said Claire Slattery, with the theatre.

The cost is $68-$200 for adults, depending on seat location, and $56-$160 for ages 18 and younger. Choose any five of the shows you want.

The PowerHouse Theatre, which was renovated last year, is managed by the Shakespeare Walla Walla company. The company brings a range of professional entertainment to Southeast Washington, including Shakespeare productions.

The new season includes a mix of music and comedy shows that's sure to please the whole family.

Here's a look at the season:

-- Feb. 10-26: Four Tenors are a quartet of guys who sing everything from Broadway to classical and pop to rock. They are directed by Sunny Thompson, who is the star of Marilyn: Forever Blonde, a one-woman show.

-- April 27-May 6: The Tempest is a play Harry Potter fans might want to see. This Shakespearean play showcases wizardry and avenging old grudges.

-- June 23-July 26: Big Daddy's Bar-B-Q features comedian Jeff Wayne, who has been likened to a modern day Will Rogers with a splash of Jeff Foxworthy's redneck humor tossed in for good measure.

-- Aug. 9-26: Shakespeare Walla Walla Summer Festival features Romeo and Juliet and The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abriged).

-- Sept. 5-16: Fiesta Caliente features singers, dancers and specialty acts as well as live bands and colorful set design to celebrate Mexican independence.

-- Oct. 19-Nov. 4: All American County features a band of musicians who will play the music of Toby Keith, Hank Williams Jr., Brooks & Dunn, Alabama and others. The concert pays tribute to the American veterans from World War II to Afghanistan.

-- Dec. 7-23: A Blue Mountain Christmas is a magical musical revue for the whole family with fabulous music, dazzling lights and heart-warming holiday decorations.
