New country star Zach Top offers $25 tickets for Tri-Cities shows. Act fast

The Country Music Association Awards’ 2025 new artist of the year is offering some bargain tickets to let more of his hometown fans hear him this weekend.

Zach Top, who was born in Sunnyside and moved to Pasco before becoming a teenager, had already scheduled two shows in the Tri-Cities before being named the CMA’s new artist of the year this week.

He has shows planned at 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22 and Sunday, Nov. 23, at the Toyota Center in Kennewick.

Prices had started at $107 per seat.

But Friday the Toyota Center posted a message from Top on social media.

“I want all my fans to have the opportunity to see my shows!” he said. “So if you weren’t able to get a ticket yet, come out to the box office on the day of the show for a chance to grab tickets for $25 while supplies last.”

The Toyota Center Box office at 7000 West Grandridge Blvd. opens at noon on both days. The center does not accept cash.

The Toyota Center website said at 3 p.m. that tickets for the Saturday show were going fast, so you might plan to get to the box office as early as possible Sunday to try for a $25 ticket for his second show in the Tri-Cities.

Top started his “Cold Beer & Country Music” tour in late September and has already passed through Lubbock, Texas; Louisville, Kentucky, and Colorado’s famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

In August, Top released the album “Ain’t In It For My Health,” which features the songs “Guitar” and “Good Times & Tan Lines.”

It has been nominated for Best Traditional Country Album as part of the 2026 Grammy Awards on Feb. 1.

The album’s single “I Never Lie” spent 34 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100.

He has two Grammy nominations for that song — Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song. He shares the latter nomination with fellow songwriters Carson Chamberlain and Tim Nichols.

Top now is based in Nashville and signed to independent label Leo33.

“Top specializes in this straight-ahead honky-tonk, choosing not to hammer home the rhythms but rather lean into dance-floor swing,” Apple Music said in its “About Zach Top” section.
