Christ the King’s beloved Sausage Fest is back, kicking off Friday in Richland.

Hours are 5 p.m. to midnight Friday and 11 a.m. to midnight Saturday at Christ the King, 1111 Stevens Drive.

Sausage Fest raises money for Christ the King Catholic School.

It’s the third-largest event in the Tri-Cities, drawing thousands of people each year.

As always, it will feature games; food booths selling treats from brats to Frito Banditos and pie; indoor and outdoor beer gardens; live music and other performances; arts and crafts; bingo; a farmers market; and a “Granny’s Attic” selling yard sale items.

“Food and game prices have remained low for many years in order to provide an inexpensive, enjoyable time for families in our community,” a news release said.

Admission is free.
