Prosser Beer & Whiskey Festival set Aug. 25

The fifth annual Prosser Beer & Whiskey Festival is Aug. 25 at the Prosser Wine and Food Park.

Prosser Chamber of Commerce, Port of Benton and Tour Prosser are putting on the event, which runs from 5 to 10 p.m. and will feature more than 20 Northwest breweries and distilleries. The Shades are scheduled to perform, food vendors will be on hand and a cigar lounge is planned.

Tickets are $40 for general admission and include all beer and spirit tastings and a logo glass. VIP packages also are available.
