Reach museum plans Yakima, Pendleton activities for kids
The Reach museum in Richland plans out-of-town adventures for kids in August.
▪ A Summer Adventure Camp with a Yakima excursion is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 3.
Campers will take a bus ride to Yakima to visit the Central Washington Agricultural Museum, and they’ll also check out the Yakima Area Arboretum.
The camp is for kids ages 9 to 13.
Cost per child is $65 for Reach members and $70 for non-members.
Campers should bring a lunch.

Campers will take a bus to the Blue Mountain Wildlife Refuge and also stop at the Tamastslikt Cultural Institute on the Umatilla reservation.
The camp is for kids ages 9-13 years.
