The indie rock band Happy Abandon will perform Sept. 25 at Emerald of Siam in Richland.

Showtime is 8 p.m.

The orchestral indie rock crew is based in Chapel Hill, N.C., and is signed to Schoolkids Records.

The band — sometimes compared to Fleet Foxes and The Lumineers — is on tour in support of its new album Facepaint, which “navigates the cycle of emotions that come along with the transition from adolescence to adulthood,” a news release said.

Emerald of Siam is at 1314 Jadwin Ave.
