Benton City children’s author to sign books Sept. 16 in Kennewick
Benton City children’s author and illustrator Noelia Hickman will appear Sept. 16 at the Bookworm in Kennewick.
She’ll sign her books from 1 to 3 p.m. Characters from those colorful books — called Sagebrush Woolies — also will be on hand.
