Art Walk After Party set Sept. 7 in downtown Kennewick

An Art Walk After Party is planned Sept. 7 at Rockabilly Roasting Co. in downtown Kennewick.

The event coincides with the monthly Art Walk, in which downtown businesses — including several galleries — stay open late to celebrate art, music and the like.

The afterparty starts at 5 p.m. and “is designed to gather artists and the community to support and promote the local art scene and shopping at local businesses.”

A variety of visual art will be on display and available for purchase. Some pieces will be given away.

Wine and beer will be served, and donuts will be given to participating artists while supplies last.
