Rain City Ramblers to perform Sept. 1 in Richland
The acoustic trio Rain City Ramblers will perform Sept. 1 at Emerald of Siam in Richland. Music starts at 9 p.m.
The Seattle-based group spans “the best of American roots music — lonesome harmonies, honest songwriting and heartfelt picking,” a news release said.
“They trace the lines between bluegrass and country, jazz and folk, old-time and the blues, distilling their favorite elements of these traditions and blending them into finely-crafted songs. Together, they have developed a style that is fluid, fun and connected to the present,” it said.
The band includes Forrest Marowitz on upright bass, Daniel Ullom on mandolin and James Horbett on guitar.
Emerald of Siam is at 1314 Jadwin Ave.
